A public channel for confirming individuals, office holders, and institutional representatives.
Purpose of this registry
This website is the public verification channel of the ICAVR registry. It allows a person, an office, or an authorised web user to confirm whether a named individual, staff member, official, or institutional representative is recognised on the official register.
No person is entered on this register until an administrator has examined their particulars and approved the entry. Registration follows that verification; it does not precede it. A name that appears here is therefore already verified. A public check confirms that standing. It does not begin a new enquiry into the person, and it does not issue a credential, licence, or identity document.
The registry is for routine confirmation — an office checking a badge, a member of the public confirming a named official, or a website user seeking an authorised statement that a person is on record. It is a verification channel, not a directory of every name on file.

Channels of verification
The same official register serves three authorised uses. The request is the same in each case; only the purpose of the enquiry differs.
Individuals
A member of the public may confirm that a named person is on the register and may read the public account published with that record. This channel is for confirmation of identity, not for private addresses, telephone numbers, or documents that are not part of the public notice.
Offices
An office, ministry, or institutional desk may confirm staff, officials, and representatives by badge or identity number before admitting a person or accepting a representation. The verification notice is the written confirmation of that check.
Web-authorised registry
This site is the web channel of the registry. A verification completed here is an official statement that the person is on the register — and that an administrator had already verified them before the entry was approved. Only such identities can be confirmed through this channel.
How a request is treated
- You submit a name, badge number, or identity number through the form above. No account is required for a public check.
- If the particulars match a single record, you are shown that person’s official verification notice.
- If several names are similar, you are offered those matches and choose which notice to open. If nothing matches, you are told that no verified record was found.
- The notice sets out the name, office, position, and identifying particulars held for that person. Because the entry was approved only after administrative verification, the notice is confirmation of a person already verified, not an application still under review.
Conditions of use
This channel is for confirmation of identity on the official register only. Every published record has already been verified by an administrator; unapproved particulars are never placed on the register. A name or number that is not found is not on this register; that finding does not speak to any other system. A verification notice is not a licence, appointment letter, or travel document.
The register may not be copied, republished, or used for any purpose other than the confirmation you have requested. Offices may keep the address of a notice only as a reference to the check they performed.
